Pep is the founder and coach of Performance Enhancement Project LLC. As a personal trainer, coach, and athlete, his goal is to enhance people's physical capabilities and performance, helping them achieve more than they ever thought possible. With certifications from NASM CPT, Pre-script Level 1 Coach, Pre-script Skill Acquisition, Pre-script Barbell, Pre-script Nutrition, and the Altis Foundations course, Pep brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. With 4 years of personal training experience and 7 years of training himself, Pep is dedicated to guiding clients to their peak potential with passion and insight.

My journey into fitness began with a determination to lose body fat and gain muscle. When my varsity coach called me "the most out of shape varsity player I've had," it hit me hard. I thought I was capable, but his words ignited a fire within me to become the fittest on the team. This marked the start of my training journey.
I spent countless hours researching training principles, exercise form, nutrition, and more. This knowledge enabled me to come back stronger, leaner, and outperforming my peers. My new obsession with strength development soon turned into a passion-led career. Constantly seeking more strength and size, I became a personal trainer to teach others how to make the changes I achieved.
Through continuous education, including multiple Pre-Script certifications and a course from Altis, I deepened my understanding of the body's mechanics. This not only enhanced my clients' and my own training endeavors but also allowed me to mentor trainers at my gym.
Recently, I left my commercial gym to provide a higher quality service to my clients. My experience spans a broad range of client needs and goals—from body composition and strength training to speed and power training, and rehabilitation management.
